Hi!! My name is Raman. Firstly I would like to thank you for supporting my small business. Secondly, It's prononced Ma-car-on.... and not Mac-ar-oon ( I internally scream when I hear the later haha). I am a simple suburban girl trying to make the dream come true with my home baking business! By day I juggle a pharmacist career with my second government job and by night i'm an avid Macaron baker! The first time that my sweet tooth fell in love with macarons was in the ever-so beautiful Paris. Indulging in the delectable's created by the infamous LADUREE and also ANGELINA. At that time I did not think much about attempting macarons myself. Fast forward two years from my paris trip and amidst lockdown, I started to miss my time there and brainstormed how I could bring this back into my life during lockdown. Andddd Wallah! I present to you my most loved and passionate project... LA FLEUR MACARON. My goal is to make you feel like you're sitting in a parisian cafe every time you take a bite out of each macaron. We want everyone to have a great tasting experience with our uniquely flavoured French macarons. Check out our macarons...they are pretty sweet if you ask me hehe.
