Storage:
Your macarons should be stored in the fridge once you receive them. And they taste amazing when in room temperature.
We recommend that you devour our macarons at first sight, however you can keep them stored for up to a week in an air tight container.
Ingredients:
Each of our macarons are individually made with love using different ingredients. So it's better for you to ask us if there's anything particular you'd like to know. However all regular macarons contain Icing Sugar, Almond Meal, Caster Sugar, Gel Food Coloring, Flavouring ( ask us for more information on flavours used).
Our regular macarons also contain egg whites, However our VEGAN macarons substitute the egg white with a special ingredient called GERBET (Potato protein) which is imported all the way from GREECE!
